  • Development of the projects (i) execution of all the relevant analysis and evaluations concerning the technical aspects (such as irradiation data or wind data), (ii) elaboration of analysis and evaluation concerning technical and financial aspects, (iii) definition and negotiation with landowners for the purchasing of all the necessary rights for the project realization
  • Execution of the relevant administrative procedures (i) elaboration of the technical projects and of all the documents required by the local and regional authorities for the authorization of the projects such as, when applicable, D.I.A. ("Dichiarazione di Inizio Attività"), V.I.A. ("Valutazione di Impatto Ambientale" or the "Autorizzazione Unica"), (ii) negotiation of the relevant agreements with the Municipalities (such as "Convenzioni con i Comuni") etc., (iii) elaboration of the financial incentives request (such as "Certificati Verdi" and "Tariffe Incentivanti")
  • Realization of the authorized projects (i) technical and administrative assistance during the construction plant phase, (ii) financial analysis and selection of all the contractors, such as the EPC contractors and/or main suppliers and installers, O&M contractors and the civil works and the electrical works contractors
  • Financing for the projects negotiate and arrange financing of the projects essentially on a non-recourse project financing basis, leveraging the projects to the extent possible


  • General management (i) overall responsibility during the operational phase of the projects, on and off site representation in respect of projects and contract management towards the contract parties (PPA, grid connection agreement, EPC, O&M, landowner), subcontractors, financiers (lenders and owners), advisers (accountants, technical advisers, legal advisers) and other parties (tax authorities, account bank, etc.), (ii) represent the Sponsor(s) at site meetings and action items raised at these meetings
  • Financial management and administration (i) general financial management to oversee efficient operation of the projects, (ii) cash management including revenues, expenses as included in verification of payments with drawdown schedules, (iii) maintenance, administration and monitoring of all bank accounts, (iv) recording and administering of expenses, (iv) receipt and review of all operating phase insurances required to be held by all parties
  • Secretarial services (i) maintenance of up to date statutory books and records, (ii) drafting all minutes, resolutions and notices, (iii) conducting correspondence with board members and shareholders, (iv) creation and maintenance of projects files produced by the EPC and O&M contractors
